第 1 天 – 第 3 天 焊接檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)
Day 1–3 Welding Inspection Technology Seminar
三天的培訓(xùn)涉及焊接工藝和無損檢驗(yàn)各方面的知識(shí)。我們在不斷了解學(xué)員意見及學(xué)員考試成績狀況，從而使學(xué)員通過焊接檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)獲益更大。通過規(guī)范培訓(xùn)，您將有以下收益（課程內(nèi)容）：

Three days on all facets of welding processes and nondestructive examination. This seminar continues to be refined and sharpened through attendee evaluations and by examination performance.

Day 4-5.5 – Visual Inspection Workshop

This workshop provides twelve hours of expert instruction that includes
approximately three hours of instruction in the use of inspection tools, followed by ‘hands on’ learning for the balance of the workshop. The ‘hands on’ training incorporates replicas of welds and also includes a sample practical examination to prepare test candidates for the CWI practical exam.

The eight hours of instruction provide a "road map" through the Code, emphasizing the ability to locate important paragraphs, charts and tables quickly, which is crucial to understanding the Code when working under stressful deadlines. In addition to practice questions, a practice exam will be administered, and the instructor will illustrate the use of the code under time constraints, creating deadline pressure similar to the test environment. if you're taking the CWI exam, this clinic has proven to be valuable test preparation. This four hours course covers general code provisions, including qualification of welding procedures for welds containing filler metal additions, design and preparation of the joint for production welding, nondestructive testing and acceptance standards, and automatic welding with and without filler metal additions. As in the D1.1 code clinic, attendees will practice open codebook testing under time constraints

第7 天 –CWI Part B考試（2小時(shí)）
Day 7 – CWI Part B Examinations (2 hours)
培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后將在同一地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行CWI Part B考試。學(xué)員將在早上8:00 進(jìn)入考場。早上8:30 考試準(zhǔn)時(shí)開始(除非有另行通知)。所有學(xué)員在進(jìn)入考試時(shí)須出示身份證。所有的試題均為單項(xiàng)選擇題。
B部分: 實(shí)際操作: - 動(dòng)手測試； 46道考題; 可參考使用
The certified welding inspector (CWI) Part B exam is held following the seminars at the same location. Sign-in for applicants begins at 8:00 a.m. with the test supervisor/proctor beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m., unless otherwise notified. A Photo ID is required of all exam applicants at the time of sign-in. All exam questions are multiple choices.
PART B: Practical: - Hands-on test; 46 questions; using AWS’ book of specifications.

Prometric testing application (Part A & C)
所有的試題均為單項(xiàng)選擇題；每部分考試（詳細(xì)內(nèi)容如下所示）均單獨(dú)進(jìn)行，時(shí)間2小時(shí)。
A部分：理論基礎(chǔ)考試: -閉卷機(jī)考：150道考題；
C部分：規(guī)范開卷考試：-開卷機(jī)考; AWS D1.1 50/API 1104 60道考題（依考生所選規(guī)范的不同而不同）。
Each part of the exam (administered separately) must be completed in two hours. A description of each part follows:
PART A: Fundamentals: - Closed book test; 150 questions.PART C: Open code book: - Open book test; AWS D1.1 50/API 1104 60 questions on the code you previously selected.
